Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Return Policy

Core Medical has a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase of an item. Any returned items priced at $200 or more will be subject to an automatic 15% restocking fee. Full refunds will only be given for items that have a manufacturer defect upon receipt of item. Otherwise all other returns are subject to a restocking fee. Returned items must be received within 30 days of the authorization date to receive refund. 

Due to hygiene concerns, compression shorts or cold therapy pads are non-­returnable if they have been used. You may use form below to request authorization or call our office during business hours. 

Size Exchanges

All sizing charts are provided by manufacturer. Core Medical is not responsible for size issues. We can exchange an item for a different size upon request. For size exchanges please include size needed along with return and the new size will be shipped once return in received. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Postage of the new requested size will be paid for by seller.

Refund Policy

Sizing is not considered a manufacturer defect. To be eligible for refund you must return your item to the seller IN THE SAME CONDITION as you received it, and the return must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item. Shipping and handling charges for returning marketplace items are borne by the buyer.

Core Medical may issue a full refund or partial refund for an order. If a new item is returned opened, returned as unwanted (i.e. not defective), or order cancellation request is received after item has shipped the seller may deduct up to a 15% restocking fee from your refund to cover original shipping costs (when free shipping is used) or the cost of processing a new item to used.
